Using pneumatic technology to generate lift, the PVE37 is an eco-friendly home elevator that is ideal for any retro-fit or new construction project. With no pre-construction shaft, pit or machine room required, this compact residential lift is only 950 mm in exterior diameter and will save space inside your home.
While not wheelchair accessible, this residential lift is more spacious than the smaller PVE30 model and is designed to accommodate even the most modest of homes. Easy-to-install with minimal modifications to the property, this plug & play residential lift can travel 2-5 stops or 15 meters in total rise. Manufactured using an aluminum frame and polycarbonate panels, the circular design of this home elevator allows passengers to see 360° degrees when smoothly traveling between floors.
As it pertains to door configurations, the PVE37 home lift offers same-side (in-line) and opposite side (180° degrees) door openings. With only a single door opening available per level, this residential elevator is the only Vacuum Elevator offering 90° degree door positionings which gives homeowners more flexibility of installation. Just note, for this 90° degree door option, all upper floor doors must be facing the same side 90° degree direction.
Whether installing the PVE37 in through-floor or balcony mounted applications, this residential lift can accommodate a variety of home layouts and designs. For through-floor applications, a through-floor hole must be cut 50 mm larger than the exterior diameter of the unit. For balcony mounted applications, the elevator is often free standing next to an open space, double-height or in-door mezzanine. With these open air installations, a Landing, Walkway or Platform (not provided) is constructed at the balcony level for ease of entry and exit.
