With an exterior diameter of 750 mm, the modest size of this residential lift offers homeowners more convenience of installation as no shaft, pit or machine room is required for operation. Resting on the existing ground floor, this self-supporting home elevator is custom built to the heights of each project while traveling 2 - 5 stops or 15 meters in total rise.
With a total lift capacity of 159 kg, this residential lift is designed to transport one passenger. But don’t let the elevators limited capacity deceive you! A cost-effective alternative to taking the stairs, the innovative design of the PVE30 home lift make them ideal for tight spaces, fitting inside even the most modest sized homes while offering an economical solution for homeowners worldwide. Fully certified across the globe for residential applications, these home elevators have a flawless safety record to date, while ensuring each passenger safely travels to their desired level.
Offering a quick & easy installation, this residential lift can be installed in as little as 2 – 3 days for any retro-fit or new construction project. Requiring less pre-construction requirements than traditional home elevators, this self-supporting elevator can be installed in both through-floor or balcony mounted application. For through-floor applications, a finished hole 50 mm larger than the diameter of the elevator is need for the elevator to travel through. For balcony mounted applications, often a landing or walkway is needed to be built at the upper level to allow the passenger to safely enter and exit the lift. A plug & play system using a 220 volt, single phase power supply, this eco-friendly home elevator draws the least amount of electricity of any PVE elevator model.
